Sometimes the best way to get a friend or loved one to start – or continue – exercising is to hand them personal training sessions. That first step is often the most difficult and you can make it easy for someone. The holiday season is coming up, so you don’t have to wait until New Year’s Day to start looking for a place to exercise.
