So tell me: why do you think you might want a personal trainer?

Before I sign you on as a client, we’llĀ  talkĀ  for about 20 minutes. You’ll tell me what you are looking for and what you’d expect from me as your trainer. I’ll tell you exactly what I do and what I expect of clients…

Here are some things I’d like to know about you!

Have you ever:

  • Belonged to a gym?
  • Hired a trainer before?

If so, did you get the results you wanted?


Have you ever tried:

  • Weight Watchers?
  • Atkins?
  • Jenny Craig?
  • Nutrisystem?
  • The Zone Diet?
  • South Beach?

Again, if you have: did you get the results you wanted?
